CAREER TRAJECTORY
From organizing small strategy sessions to designing the operational structures of large organizations, Glory has always been in the business of architecture — not of buildings, but of ideas, systems, and people.
She began her creative journey as a contemporary dancer during her early university years, where her passion for expression led her to produce and direct stage plays. Alongside this, she pursued a career in Film and TV production while studying law — a rare combination that laid the foundation for her multidisciplinary strength.
In 2019, Glory joined the Mortified Christian Discipleship and Growth Platform in its founding year as Head Administrator — the first virtual Christian community in Nigeria. She designed the organization's operational structure, which today stands as a case study for identical organizations. What began as a small online group has grown into a workforce of over 150 functionaries and has reached more than 20,000 individuals globally.
After being called to the Nigerian Bar, she worked with a number of top-tier law firms in Nigeria, where she honed her expertise in corporate and commercial law, providing high-quality legal services and distinguishing herself as a rising voice in Business Law practice.
Driven by purpose and a passion for management, Glory established Crox Management Africa — a full-service management firm managing top African creatives, including top influencers such as Eric Gugua, brilliant actors and artists.
Today, Glory sits on the boards of several companies and provides advisory on business development, structure, and strategy. A sharp strategist and negotiator, she is known for closing strong deals and driving transformation in the systems and people she works with.
Glory thrives on fixing what doesn’t work, executing the difficult and impossible tasks — designing structure out of chaos and building clarity where there’s confusion. From the creative industry to the business of law and the world of management, she remains an all-rounder who understands creativity, law, and the nuances of business and plays confidently at their intersection.
